**Port Taxes: $77.57 per person, Gratuities $36 per person.

Payment Schedule:
Deposit $100 per person ($200 per couple) due at the time of registration (non-refundable/non-transferable) if registered before August 1, 2015
Final Balance due on or before August 1, 2015
Other Important Information:
Shore Excursions: We have many different shore excursions available at the ports of call. Booking these in advance will help ensure availability and pricing. We do not recommend waiting to try to book these on the ship as most are already booked up in advance and also tend to cost more onboard. Contact us for details on available shore excursions and book early before they are all gone. Passports: At the time this information was provided, passports are not required (but highly recommended). Under the current US Homeland Security’s Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative, you can travel on this particular sailing with just a Driver’s License and a birth certificate. (Subject to by US Homeland Security). It is recommended to obtain a US Passport.
Travel Insurance: Travel Insurance is available to every passenger at a very reasonable rate. It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance to protect you and your investment. We have several options to cover your needs. Please contact us for rates.
Special Needs: We can provide economical special needs equipment for rent such as wheel chairs, oxygen, etc. for passengers needing these items. Carnival also has a limited number of modified cabins for those passengers in wheelchairs (cabin availability is limited and on a first-come first-served basis. Proof of need is required by Carnival. Carnival requires certain documentation to be completed and submitted).
Hotels: We have special group cruise hotel rates with many of the area hotels in Port Canaveral and Orlando areas. Please contact us if you would like to book a hotel for night(s) before or after the cruise.
Airfare: We have great rates on airfare for those wanting to fly to Port Canaveral/Orlando area for the cruise. Please contact us or your group leader if you would like to book airfare for your cruise.
Parking/Shuttle: If you plan to drive to Port Canaveral, parking is available at the cruise port for $15 per day per vehicle. HOWEVER, we do have a discounted parking/shuttle option for as low as $7.95 per day (as well as several hotel/shuttle/parking options) for our group cruise passengers. Cancellations: Cancellations are subject to vendor and Invista Travel's cancellation policies.
